In the month of February, Ismaili Volunteer Corps Dar es Salaam, attended two social evets.
The first event attended on 7th February 2018, was the AKU CONVOCATION whereby degrees were conferred to graduating students. This is a longstanding tradition whereby the University community, students, faculty, staff and alumni applauded the graduate’s achievements.
The second event was the TRAVEL PORT UHURU WALK, held on 25th February 2018. This is a community service project of MEADOWS ACADEMY which supports learning of under privileged and sick children and retraining of teachers in such environments. The IVC assisted in areas such as registration, ushering, crowd control, food serving and much more.
